SHIPPING POLICY

• Free shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Please inquire about shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
• No international shipping
• An alternative to shipping would be local delivery + installation (for a fee) within an hour of zip code 81632
• Timeframe: 2-4 week lead time for standard size rug, 6-8 month lead time for a custom size rug.
• Expedited shipping (once the rug has been manufactured) is available. Please inquire for more detail.

WARRANTY

• Warranties vary depending on the rug. Please inquire for more information

CANCELLATION

• Cancellations may be made 24 hours of the online purchase. Refund will depend on if the rug has shipped from the mill within that 24 hour period.

RETURN POLICY

• Returns are subject to approval by Creative Floors
• Request must be received within 15 days of delivery
• Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• Client will be responsible for proper shipping container + shipping charges.
